We would like to offer our current customers a special incentive. Even though the Yearly Phone and Remote Assist Package is an optional purchase for your organization and has only been introduced recently, it has been an overwhelming success.

We will sign you up for the support package for one year, send you a new version of SAFE™ in the mail, and then you contact us when you are ready to update. If you are not completely satisfied with the upgrade or level of customer service at any time, we will refund the pro-rated amount of the cost of the support package.

1. We have grown so much that in order to keep the level of service as high as possible, we need to begin charging a small fee for it.
2. Microsoft introduced Windows Vista and Office 2007 in the last year and our customer service calls have increased dramatically. Even though this is not a direct topic concerning SAFE™, we would love to help you solve any problem or at least be able to point you in the right direction.
3. Many of you are searching for new ways to route, map, organize, or utilize other software in order to maximize your business potential. If you are signed up for the yearly support, feel free to call us for help or advice concerning these topics.
4. We recently added the ability to remotely access your computer (with your approval - of course) to our Yearly Support Package. This technology has maximized our level of service, allowed us to respond quicker, and helped to eliminate communication issues. You log into our support website, enter your name, a nine digit security key, and sit back and watch us work - it's that easy! 5. With the industry getting more and more high tech, we see more calls concerning networking support, questions about hardware and software recommendations, and other non-SAFE™ related issues. Assisting an IT person with networking issues is not usually under our scope of expertise, however, we can usually successfully solve issues directly related to our software and networked systems.
