Online Upgrade using GoToAssist® Remote Support This is a great way to upgrade. Our expert representative will have you log into a website, enter your organization name, and then a 9 digit code for security. Once you grant permission for the representative from SAFE™ to access your screen, you can sit back and watch the upgrade process unfold. It is secure, fast, and easy to setup. Networks or multiple computers are also included in the remote upgrade. A high-speed internet connection is required for this upgrade process. You will also receive a new version in the mail - included in the price.
2. Online / Mail upgrade using Email A bit more inclusive and deliberate, however this is the only process you can use if you do NOT have a high-speed internet connection. You attach the database file to an email to our upgrade technician, send it, and wait for a return. The entire process takes around an hour or so to complete, so most companies decide to email the file to us in the evenining and set up the upgrade the next day before work begins. A new version will have to be mailed to you prior to the upgrade.
