Tracking Septic ContractsIt can be difficult to track all the dates for contracts out there.
With SAFE™ Software, you can quickly find a Permit Record (owner) and change or renew the contract. We have recently streamlined this process for version 10 by adding a Contracts Quick-Change Menu. This will allow you to rapidly change many contracts from one screen instead of taking several steps to find the customer and then change their specific contract.
You can also enter a Renewal Start and End Date when you receive the renewal contract - even if the current contract isn't expired, the program will ask if you want to make the renewal dates the current dates once you have entered all the required number of inspections for the current contract.
