With only a few clicks, you can customize your Service Contracts, enter Work Orders, and record Inspections. Enter contract dates for your customers and let the program track your renewals. You can "Activate" your customers when they sign up for service and "Inactivate" them if they don't renew. This way, you can still have them in your system for future solicitation but keep them off of any inspection or contract schedules.
If the design setup in SAFE™ is not to your liking, then try out the Microsoft Word® Mail Merge feature. This allows you to send important data fields from the program to Microsoft Word®. You can create a custom document and then merge this data to it from the SAFE Program™.
