Rental Service made easy with the SAFE™ Software
After entering your Rental Categories and Inventory, you are ready to rent.
When a customer calls, you can go to the Rental Main Tab or the Customer Menu to begin.  Click on Rent and go through the transaction procedure.

You can schedule service on the unit(s) by selecting either "Days Between" or "Days of the Week".  Most people choose the latter option for their service when the rental is being serviced on a weekly basis.

After choosing your rental service option, you are now ready to go!

To view the Rental Service Reports, go to the Main Menu, then Rentals Tab.  Click on the "Rental Service Reports"and then choose your desired option.

You can print off the documents and listings for your service technicians if you desire OR send these lists to Microsoft Excel® and upload them into your Microsoft Streets & Trips® Program to view them on a map.
