Want an easy way to track your rental units? Well, now you have it! The SAFE Program will help structure your rental needs in a smooth, easy-to-follow, step-by-step process. Tracking your rental inventory perfectly is never easy and takes usually a lot of communication, hard work, and long hours.
With SAFE, all you do is enter your "Customers", create "Rental Categories", add your "Rental Units", assign those units to a specific category, and start to then start to rent! After a rental transaction is completed, you can assign "Available" unit(s) to that transaction. You can now track the location of each unit assigned. When you schedule a pickup, the unit(s) assigned will be returned to "Inventory Available" and become "Available" for rent once more.
You can also create recurring invoices for your rental customers. Bill them in advance or in arrears - it's up to you! Also determine the billing cycle (example: 28 days, 30 days, one month, etc). Print off each invoice due for a given period for each customer. The only effort you will have to expend is folding those invoices, stuffing envelopes, and applying the stamps.
