Rental Inventory Tracking
Enter all of your inventory - SAFE™ was designed with the help of Portable Toilet Companies, but it can track any type of Rental Equipment. Simply create a main Category that describes the rental unit or units, enter the unit into the inventory menu and then assign it to that Category. Once this is completed, you can begin the rental transaction process.
From the Main menu of SAFE™, click on Rentals, then Rent. Select your Category and then your Rental Customer. You will then be taken to the Rental Transaction screen where you can fill in and complete the needed information. Don't forget to enter the service schedule and the new invoice information.
