It's as easy as can be to create a Proposal and then print it out or even EMAIL it to the customer. You can set up your commonly used Proposal lines, quantities, and pricing in the Master Files. When you create a new Proposal and even automatically convert it to an Invoice if the customer accepts the offer.
You can make a proposal through the Customer Menu OR from the Financials Menu.
New in version 10 - Email has been added so that you can send a proposal, letter, or history of proposals to the customer.
Invoices
It's as easy as can be to create an invoice and then print it out or even EMAIL it to the customer. You can set up your commonly used invoice lines, quantities, and pricing in the Master Files. When you create a new invoice, all you have to do is select them from the pop-down menu.
You can make an invoice through the Customer Menu OR from the Financials Menu. Apply payments easily and print Receipts to send to the customer.
