Transfering Inspections through email
Service Companies using SAFE™ can send a text file as an attachment to an email to any Health Department that uses the SAFE™ Program for tracking Septic Inspections. The Agency can then import the file and SAFE™ will update their inspection information (dates, results, and comments) automatically. Both the Service Company and Agency can print out the results. If there are any errors, each party can correct them. The Permit Number of the System being Inspected is the link between the two entities. This makes it imperative for both parties to have the same information pertaining to the permit number.
