You have many types of employees in an environmental health department, so it's important to cover several areas and allow for different permission levels and screen access.
In SAFE™ Software we provide two levels of security - "Admin" or "Other"
Admin: If you are given this Employee Type, you can access all menus and have full control over the all screens. Example: Change receipt types, codes, edit employee information, etc.
Other: If you are this type, you cannot get into many of the screens that deal with financial, personal, or software setup information. An Admin Person can also hide, lock, or show several screens depending on your level of access or need.
If at least ONE employee is entered as an "ADMIN" Type, then everyone will be required to enter a Login ID and Password that is set up in the Employees Menu.
