Contracts for your customers are now easy to set up and maintain. All you have to do is enter the customer information and then make them "Active". This will keep them in the system and on reports for inspections and renewal. If you enter a contract start and end date, you can print off renewal information when that end date comes near. The software will also allow you to create custom-worded documents and contracts to send to your service customers - distinguishing you from the other guy.
